After a sharp initial spike in military and civilian casualties, the numbers make a strong case that the surge generally accomplished its main goal. Al Qaeda on its Way Out in Iraq : Al-Qaeda is finally admitting what the Main Stream Media and the Democrats cannot and won't: al-Qaeda is on its way out in Iraq and victory is getting closer by the day.
